DEPARTMENT OF KAYACHIKISA

Kayachikitsa is one of the important branches of ayurveda. It deals with various physical and psychological disease like jwara(fever), prameha (diabetes mellitus), Sandhivata (osteoarthritis) etc.

• Bedside clinic as well as demonstration methods available for post graduate students which help to study the the problems typically associated with the particular disease or disorder.
• At OPD level various medical camps are organized every month for welfare of patients.
• The facilities which are available in Kayachikitsa departmentare ECG(electrocardiogram), EEG (electroencephalogram), BSL(blood sugar level), BP measurement etc.
• Various activities with regards to seminars, discussions, synopsis and thesis topic discussion are conducted regularly by our department.
• There is a separate room for pg scholars to encouragement of better article writing, thesis writing etc.
• For enlightening of our skills we have a great experienced faculty in our department.
